Delivery and returns
Information about receiving and returning coffee beans.
Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times have not yet been approved. When ordering is enabled, these terms will be available to the customer before payment confirmation.
Collection
Collection availability and participating coffee shops will be specified separately. Not every coffee shop in the network is automatically a collection point.
Checking your order
On receipt, we recommend checking that the product name and weight match your order, and that the packaging and labels are intact.
Quality enquiries
The seller’s contacts and enquiry procedure will be published after the business details are confirmed. Order details and a description of the issue may be needed to review an enquiry.
Returns and refunds
The specific procedure, review times and refund method must be approved before the shop launches; applicable customer rights remain in effect.
