How Caffelito plans to handle visitors’ and customers’ personal data.
1. Data controller
Before launch, this section will include the legal entity’s full name, address and contact for personal data enquiries. These details have not yet been provided.
2. Data used
Coffee bean orders may require a name, phone number, contact address and delivery details. Franchise enquiries require a name, phone number, email, city and comment. The data collected will be specified once the relevant forms are implemented.
3. Purposes of processing
Processing orders, responding to enquiries, carrying out agreed deliveries and keeping the website operational. Marketing messages require a separate basis and are not automatically included when placing an order.
4. Geolocation
Location is requested only when the visitor selects the relevant control and grants browser permission, to find the nearest coffee shop. Refusal does not prevent browsing. In the current concept, coordinates are not sent to the server.
5. Storage and recipients
Before launch, retention periods, data location, processors and deletion procedures must be approved. Data sharing for delivery and payment will be connected after the relevant providers are approved.
6. Enquiries
The controller’s contact details, procedures for correcting and deleting data, and response times will be published after the business details are approved.
