Draft terms for selling coffee beans through the Caffelito website.
1. Seller and subject matter
The final offer will state the seller’s legal entity, address, registration details and contacts. Only coffee beans are sold. Drinks and desserts are shown for information and are not sold online.
2. Product and price
The product name, weight, availability and final price are specified in the published product listing and confirmed at checkout. Prices are displayed in Uzbek soum. Presentation concept prices are not a current offer to purchase.
3. Ordering and contract formation
The order confirmation process and the action constituting acceptance of the offer must be approved before checkout is enabled. Purchasing and payment are unavailable in the presentation version, and no contract is concluded through the website.
4. Payment and receipt
Payment methods, delivery area, costs, times and collection terms will be stated before ordering, once confirmed by the seller.
5. Quality and enquiries
Weight, roast, shelf life and storage information must appear on the actual packaging and product listing. Quality enquiries are accepted through the seller’s published contacts.
6. Returns and disputes
Return and dispute resolution procedures will be specified with regard to applicable requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This draft does not restrict customers’ rights.
